Summer; 2011 In This
Issue: |
Greetings from Krakow! We are sending the summer edition of Spotlight a little early so that we can share with you information about some of the great events happening in the next couple of weeks and throughout the summer. We’ll send our next edition of Spotlight in September, but you can always stay connected with us by Facebook and our webpage. Next Monday, the Consulate is proud to participate in a Mass of Thanksgiving for President Ronald Reagan at 6:30 p.m. in St. Mary’s Basilica in Krakow. Presided over by Cardinal Dziwisz it is certain to be a memorable event. We’ll then turn our thoughts to our nation’s birthday with a week full of activities, including a Dixieland jazz concert on Krakow’s Market Square and a community picnic in Katowice on Sunday, July 3. We are planning visits throughout the district over the summer and hope to see you at one of the events listed below near you. Have a safe and happy summer!
Sincerely, |
