Dear Readers,

As we enjoy the beautiful Polish golden fall, we congratulate our many partners at Polish universities on the start of a new academic year. As you will see below and throughout the year many of our programs depend on the close cooperation and friendship of many Polish institutions of higher learning. Thank you! We look forward to many more efforts together.

As Poland enters the second half of its time hosting the EU Presidency, we have seen progress on many fronts. It is especially encouraging to see that so many of the issues that are important to Poland during its presidency are issues that we in the Consulate have worked with closely in past and present, such as the Eastern Partnership and efforts to promote tolerance and democracy. Our activities in Poland reflect our continued commitment to these important initiatives.

As always, we look forward to seeing you throughout the consular district at these great events highlighted below.

Sincerely,
Allen Greenberg
Consul General
