Ambassador and Mayor Open Mars Rover Exhibit in Rzeszów

The U.S. Ambassador Victor Ashe and the Mayor of Rzeszów Tadeusz Ferenc opened the exhibit "Mars: Mission Possible" on November 29, 2004.

The U.S. Consulate General in Krakow created and organized the exhibit, which presents some 24 enlarged photos from NASA's Mars Exploration Rover mission taken by rovers Spirit and Opportunity from January - October, 2004.

The opening received extensive local media coverage including TVP 3 Rzeszów in its main daily news program, Radio Rzeszów, and the local edition of Gazeta Wyborcza. It will run until December 17.
