Ambassador Ashe Visits Wroclaw

Ambassador Victor Ashe met with the regional and local government leaders as well as with the representatives of American business community during his two-day visit to Wroclaw Oct. 12-13, 2004. His talks with the Governor of Dolnoslaskie province was covered by local public TVP 3 Wroclaw for the evening news program Facts and he later gave an exclusive interview on their daily Guest of the Day show. The Ambassador answered questions ranging from U.S. investments in Dolnoslaskie region and the visa waiver program to Polish involvement in Iraq. He emphasized the strong American-Polish ties and working relationship between the two nations.
