New Ambassador Visits Southern Poland

The New U.S. Ambassador to Poland, Victor Ashe visited southern Poland on August 4-6. Amb. Ashe met with Krakow President Jacek Majchrowski, Silesia Governor Lechoslaw Jarzebski and representatives of various non-governmental groups. He also visited the Auschwitz State Museum, accompanied by Israeli Ambassador David Peleg.
