   IIP Peace and Security
The Bureau of International Information Programs is the principal strategic communications service for the foreign affairs community. IIP designs, develops, and implements a variety of information initiatives. The Bureau's products and services--including web sites and other internet services, electronic journals, speaker programs, print publications, and CD-ROMs--uniquely are designed to support the State Department's initiatives, as well as those of other U.S. foreign policy organizations.
   

  

  FBI - Counterterrorism
Today, the FBI is part of a vast national and international campaign dedicated to defeating terrorism. Working hand-in-hand with partners in law enforcement, intelligence, the military, and diplomatic circles, our job is to neutralize terrorist cells and operatives here in the U.S. and to help dismantle terrorist networks worldwide.

The Agency releases items of more general public interest on the Web site. The site includes general information about the CIA, unclassified current publications, speeches and congressional testimony, press releases and statements, and basic references, including the CIA World Factbook.
   

   The National Academies Terrorism and Security Collection
The National Academies Press (NAP) was created by the National Academies to publish the reports issued by the National Academy of Sciences, the National Academy of Engineering, the Institute of Medicine, and the National Research Council, all operating under a charter granted by the Congress of the United States.
